My Journey

I'm Amanda, and my journey is all about finding inner peace and sharing that gift with others. As a Certified Chopra Yoga Instructor and Pilates teacher, my approach to wellness extends far beyond yoga mats and poses. It involves an integrative blend of Chopra yoga, Pilates, meditation, and breath work, adding in health, wellness and Ayurveda all aimed at nurturing our minds, bodies, and spirits from the inside out.

My passion for these teachings is about leveraging them to transform every aspect of our lives - from our connections with others to overcoming personal challenges. I'm dedicated to fostering a supportive community where growth is accessible to everyone, regardless of their starting point.

With me, you'll discover that it's not about achieving perfection, but about the path of self-discovery, understanding ourselves better, and finding joy in our current moments.

Beyond the mat, my life has been greatly enriched by being a full-time caregiver for my brother-in-law, William, who has Down Syndrome. Our transformative journey together, which included him losing 250 pounds and addressing his health challenges, has taught me the profound impact of holistic, mindful living, and movement.

This experience ignited my passion to guide others through life's turbulence to discover joy and well-being. In today's fast-paced world, prioritizing our mental and physical health is crucial.

My holistic approach combines the wisdom of Chopra Yoga with Pilates and practical life strategies of health, wellness to enhance mental health and overall happiness. I offer a sanctuary for anyone to explore, heal, and find peace, no matter the life challenges they face.

Through personal reflection, I've realized the importance of pausing and caring for myself, which enables me to support those I love. This delicate balance has imparted lessons in resilience, compassion, and finding joy amidst chaos.
